Physical Products

  • Processing Time: Most physical items are made to order by my trusted print partners. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be created before it ships.
  • Estimated Shipping Times:
    • US Economy: 4–8 business days
    • US Standard: 2–5 business days
    • US Priority (if available): 2–3 business days
    • International Standard: 10–30 business days
    • International Priority (if available): 3–5 business days
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Digital Products

  • Instant Access: Most digital files are available for download immediately after payment clears.
  • Email Delivery: Some freebies or special items may be sent by email within a short time frame.
  • No Shipping Fees: Digital items are delivered electronically — no shipping costs apply.

Important Information

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships (when available).
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I can’t be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address you provided.
  • Delivery Issues: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking info. I’ll always do my best to help, but I can’t be responsible for carrier errors.
  • Returned Packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, I’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Extra shipping fees may apply.
