Digital Products


No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital files. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to making things right.

File Issues
If you encounter any issues with your digital file, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. As a small business, we value our customers and will rectify any mistakes on our part.

Physical Products


Return Window
Physical items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive further instructions.

Return Shipping Fees
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item received is defective. If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized orders and perishable goods.
