All of my digital products are delivered instantly and can be used for both personal and commercial projects. Because digital items can’t be returned, this policy explains what you can expect when you download from PixelGiftWorks.
Refunds (Love It Guarantee with Boundaries)
- Digital products are non-returnable, but I stand behind my work. If you have an issue with a file, please contact me within 7 days of purchase so I can try to fix it (for example, replacing a broken file or helping with download problems).
- If I can’t resolve the problem, I’ll issue a refund at my discretion.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days, and cannot be issued for minor issues like color variations due to screens, printers, or materials.
Usage Rights
- Personal & Commercial Use: You may use my digital products for both personal and commercial projects. There’s no sales limit on products you create with them.
- Modifications: You may modify files for your own projects.
- Restrictions:
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute the original or modified digital files.
- Do not claim my designs as your own.
- Modified versions cannot be resold as digital files — only as finished physical products.
Delivery & File Details
- Instant Download: After purchase, you’ll receive a download link by email. You can also access your files from your account.
- File Formats: Products are generally provided as high-resolution PNG or JPEG files (check item descriptions for details).
- Resolution & Size:
- All images are 300dpi for high-quality printing.
- Tumbler Wraps: Sized for 20oz skinny tumblers (approx. 9.3” x 8.2”).
- Clip Art: Typically 5000×5000 pixels, so you can scale from mugs to wall art.
- Dimensions may vary slightly — always check product descriptions.
Compatibility
My files are compatible with most design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, GIMP, Canva, and more. They are not intended for direct use with cutting machines (like Cricut or Silhouette) unless noted as a cut file.
AI Disclaimer
Some elements of my designs are created with the assistance of AI technology. Each product is then carefully refined and finalized by me to ensure quality and originality.
